HP ProLiant DL360 Gen8 Rack Server

HP ProLiant DL360 Gen8 Rack Server

The HP ProLiant DL360 Gen8 is an enterprise rack server designed for businesses, IT professionals and organisations that require dedicated computing infrastructure. Its rack-mounted design makes it suitable for compatible server cabinets and data centre installations.

This configuration features an Intel Xeon E5-2430 v2 processor, 128GB RAM, a 600GB SAS hard disk drive and dual power supply units (PSUs). The processor provides 6 physical cores and 12 threads, while the installed memory offers capacity for compatible business applications and server workloads.

Designed for Business IT Infrastructure

The HP DL360 Gen8 can be considered for compatible business applications, internal IT services, development environments and selected database or virtualisation workloads. Its suitability depends on the installed hardware, software requirements and expected workload.

The 600GB SAS HDD provides local storage for operating system files, applications and data. Dual power supplies can support redundant power configurations when connected to appropriately independent power sources and when the installed units and server configuration support that arrangement.

For businesses in Kenya looking for dedicated server hardware, this HP ProLiant model offers a platform worth evaluating for suitable IT infrastructure projects.

Confirm whether one or two processors are installed, the condition of the SAS drive, the PSU specifications and the server’s operating condition before purchase.
