The Tecno Camon 19 has a touch of class and a premium feel as a result of its exquisite design. A large 6.8-inch IPS LCD dominated the front of the big smartphone, with a single-centered punch-hole, which is an indicator of efforts to make the phone stand out from other devices. At the back, the Tecno Camon 19 is dominated by two circular rings which house the main cameras and a Quad-LED flash. As the direct successor of the Tecno Camon 18, and a base for the Camon 19 series, the Tecno CAMON 19 is painted in Digital Green, Eco Black, or Sea Salt White. These are unique colors that make the device both attractive and unique.
The 1080 x2460 pixels display on the Tecno Camon 19 makes it stand out from its peers. Picking up where Tecno Camon 18 left, Camon 19 boasts a 6.8-inch IPS LCD screen that guarantees unparalleled viewing for both images and videos on the device. With an 88.6% screen-to-body ratio, users will surely benefit from the large, well-light screen. The centered dot-notch that houses the front-facing camera is obstructive to the impressive 109cm2, 1080p resolution display.
The Tecno Camon 19 has a 16MP at the front, nestled in the upper, centered dot-notch. The selfie camera has an aperture of f/2.0, meaning the focal length is twice the size of the aperture. Usually the lower the f-number, the wider the aperture. Tecno’s Camon 19 selfie camera is regarded as having a wide depth of field, hence delivering sharper selfie images compared to its f/2.4 counterparts.
On the back, the phone has 3 lenses. The primary camera is the 64MP lens that is 26mm and has an aperture of f/1.7 hence a wide camera. The Phase-Detection Autofocus (PDAF) technology installed in the integrated cameras of the phone enabled precise, crisp, and clean capture of fast-moving objects through autofocus. The 2MP lens has an aperture of F/2.4 hence regarded as a depth camera.
The QVGA enables the maximization of the resolution of images and videos captured. With higher resolution, more details are captured, which results in higher quality images and videos compared to conventional camera systems. A dedicated night portrait sensor, besides a 4-LED light, leaves nothing to chance be in low light or at night.
Battery and Storage
Tecno Camon 19 is powered by a 5,000 mAh, which can be fast-charged using the 15W charging unit that comes with the smartphone. With 4/6GB RAM, Camon 19 has an internal storage of 128GB. This is fairly sufficient for the many pictures, videos, and multimedia users would love to store and make use of for their benefit. For users who want unlimited storage, they can make use of the memory card slot which can take up to 512GB. This comes as an accessory that has to be sourced separately from the device.
